These guys are great at what they do. They've done 2 insurance collision repairs for my family now. They take a while, over 5 weeks for each car, but that's because they're fighting with insurance for what's in your best interest. They don't just fix cosmetic damage and get you on the road, like some big chains in the area. They also check everything structurally and mechanically. They'll also handle the rental car for you as well. If you want a repair done right, call these guys.
These guys are fantastic. They were recommended to me by someone else and have been the only body shop I've used since and they go above and beyond as far as communication and treating their customers very fairly working with the insurance companies. Every little detail along the way, I can't recommend them enough. Also, the quality of their work is much higher than you may find at cheaper body shops because they do everything properly, not just throw a bunch of Bondo on there. They actually do it in the correct way.
Drove half an hour to read the large sign on the door that estimates are by appointment only. Called while outside the door to speak with a woman which had us feeling there was somewhere else she'd rather be and unapologetically advised that a week and a day into the future was the best they could do. The people are very nice and helpful. The nice man who helped me too the time to write up 2 quotes for my opinions on repair. He explained everything to me in such a way I culd understand it. He went thrugh exactly why the price was what it was and all the unfortunate upcharges there had to be (due to my car's manufacturer and the requirements they require of the shops) he told my why each part was on the bill.
