This guy just ripped me off for $2300. Took my check and More cash he said he needed for the driver who dumped the asphalt. Said he had to pick up his daughter and left with all the money. The asphalt guy never got paid so today he took up all the asphalt. Now we both have to take him to court. Not legit! Be aware!! He told the asphalt guy that he was the owner of our house so the asphalt guy was ready to put a lean on our house because of it!!
Agreed to have some work done on the asphalt and concrete in our parking lot .They did a little demolition, then wanted money that was never promised in advance-never showed back up.2 employees complained to me the owner does not pay them and a lady stopped by just to inform us the same company took her money and never came back. This company may not be legit?'!?
The owner of action asphalt tom collins was very helpful!!! He was able to get the job done for me at a affordable price . It looks great! I would recommend him to everyone.
Scammer. This guy asks for money for materials up front and then never comes back to do any work. There is no business at this address - Just an old house. Reverse look up showed phone number is from GA. This is the same guy in the NC review on Yelp because I saw him. That is his picture with the little girl in the reply to it.
