I'm a property manager and Joel, Eddy, and the team at Action are very good. They are reliable about their time window and make good recommendations as far as repair .vs replace. They have been my go-to for over 15 years and it is one less thing to worry about.
I wouldn't use this business again!! They came to my house twice and my dad’s house for a washer and did nothing! They told me to call a plumber and I needed a new REFRIGERATOR door and it was my ice maker that was the problem, and they couldn't fix it. They NEVER came back and the OWNER wouldn't return my calls. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money with this business! I wish I could post the video of the water shooting from my ice maker when you turn the ice making lever on.
