Used this company for an ice maker repair under warranty through Lowe's. They came out, looked at it, and stated they would order a new one that would be here in about four days. It's been three weeks and have not received any updates, and despite calling and asking to speak with someone, we have never received a call back from their "parts person" as we were told we would. Denise and the Action Appliance Family are super professional, knowledgeable, and personable, and they are a pleasure to work with! I should also mention they are VERY affordable! Put their number on your fridge so you know who to call! ;)
