Do not use this company! Our refrigerator stopped cooling in October and after $380.00, multiple visits with multiple promises of remedy, plus dozens of phone calls, we are still out $380.00 with a non-working refrigerator, and a company that won't return calls. When asked for a refund, the response was, "that ain't gonna happen". We have made a report with the BBB.

OMG....the experiences that I have read are just like the one that I experienced with these guys. They are led by Robin Hood Green and his Merry Band of Men that rob from anyone and give to themselves. Beware!! They are like the movie, "Nightmare on Elm Street". And by the way, they smoke, which will stink up your home in addition to their dishonesty!!!

I just hope that everyone reads these reviews before doing business with this company. I contacted Action Appliance Repair on December 17th to fix my oven. They actually took cash from me and promised to be right back with a part and never showed up. As of today, I am no closer to getting my oven fixed, I am out $270 and they did damage to my cabinets. They made several promises and kept none. I cannot explain how frustrating it is to try and deal with people like this. They are a bunch of thieves.
