I called and asked about a part so I couldn’t describe it. I asked the guy can I take a picture and text it to him. He told me there’s a thing that has four wheels abd box that I could use to find out. Another words, you idiot why don’t you just drive over here he told me. this is unprofessional and rude, I can’t believe they’re still in business, avoid them as they will surely ruin your appliance.
In one word deplorable. A company that has been in business as long as they have and pride themselves on there professionalism amongst other things are anything but. This is the 2nd time they have tried and change and appointment time in less than 24 hrs after having made the call to schedule said appointment 10-12 days out and they cannot get there in there 4 hr window.
