DO NOT USE this company. I had a very similar experience to the first reviewer, except I fell for it and the entire experience has been a nightmare. This company is not local, it is a Denver company with one service tech in the Kansas City area. He showed up an hour late with passenger in his vehicle who waited in the driveway the whole time. I paid the overpriced charge in advance and now, over 2 months and $600 later, my dishwasher is still broken. The company refuses to refund any of my money. They have over 150 complaint... read more

Jason arrived within the timeframe indicated by my phone call. He assessed the repair cost and plans to return within a day for a fix. So far the information he has given has been helpful to avoid this problem happening again in the future.

TERRIBLE Service. I scheduled a same day appointment for Friday between 12-4. At 4:15 I called to see where the Tech was. He was over an hour away at another appt, and I was suppose to be next. I waited and waited and waited till 7:45 and I got a call that he was heading this way. My children were in bed and the laundry room is near their rooms so I rescheduled for Saturday between 8-9, I would be the 1st appt.
