Bill from Action Appliance Co. was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, arrived early, diagnosed the problems within minutes, did not try to rip us off when the repairs for our wash machine and dishwasher were simple and didn't need parts, and he was very respectful to my husband and I. We will definitely call him again for future repairs!
I've been using Action Appliance for many .. many years . Bill has alway delivered impeccable service to me and my friends. When the washer went down and my wife was in a panic before a trip , Bill was there within an hour and had it up and running quickly . He's been doing this a long time and is a real professional .
Seems like a nice guy, but beware....He's a liar, he'll charge too much, won't stand behind his products or service. Stay away. He quoted us 1 price, wrote it out, and took both copies with him, after installation, when he charged us $200.00 more, he played dumb. The product he installed is terrible, and he is refusing to take it back, even though he told us we could prior to it being installed. I had a problem with an appliance. I am new to the area so I looked online to find a place and this was nearby and found this one. While he seemed nice and polite on the phone, he ended up charging an outrageous fee for a simple repair that took less than 20 minutes and stealing the old part. When I called him up saying that the old part was not anywhere in my house, he played confused and would not come clean that he took it.
