Unfortunately, this company has been extremely disappointing. We called two weeks ago because our refrigerator stopped cooling. They came out and looked at it and ordered parts. It took them another week to get back out to our house even though they say that LG overnights the parts. At that point, they discovered that they hadn't ordered enough parts. They charge $95 to look at the appliance and that is not applied to the repair. If you agree you have to pay for the part first, then the labor to install. That's three payments for a dishwasher timer that cost $395. The part was not working properly after a little more than a month, and that assessment cost another $95. The part was covered, but labor to reinstall is not. That was another $125 for a part that cost $70. That's $615 total. Ripoff? You betcha.
