Terrible patient treatment- patient was transported from Conway’s Memorial hospital to Portland Maine Medical center- both EMTs rode in the front the whole way, the patient was alone in the back and scared- patient asked for water and was told in a very short manner that no water was carried in the ambulance! Abysmal patient care and shocking disregard for there duty.

They were nice, until I got a letter saying I was being sued by them for failure to pay a bill I was unaware I owed. I have a 1 month old son, making a payment plan sounds much more reasonable.
Rates of this company are outrageous!!! Standard rate is $3 827.22 plus $67 per mile. The ride from from Derry, NH to Burlington, MA for 35 min cost me $7 200 total.
