Their van backed into my parked car. The police came and took a report. The report says that both operators stated that the van backed into my parked car. Now their insurance is telling me that they have a different story delaying the start of repairs. If they lie about one thing can you trust them with anything?
Go else where it's bad...We have used their service 4 times and each time it cost about 300 dollars. The times before have been fine just to add coolant etc . But this time the restaurant walk in freezer has a leak. They charged us for it and didn't fix it. They said they can't find leak and It says in the invoice they are going to come back and look at it again. That doesn't happen. I call again 2 months later bc the issue is still present.
