My A/C broke in the middle of the day, and it was about 110 degrees outside and Lawrence came to fix it within an hour. Would highly recommend Action Air conditioning and Heating.
GreatAction Air Conditioning provided excellent service! When my AC went out, they were quick to respond and had a technician out to my house in no time. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and diagnosed the problem efficiently. They clearly explained the repair options and got my unit running perfectly again. I really appreciate their professionalism and prompt service. I definitely recommend Action Air Conditioning for any HVAC needs!
Very unprofessional experience. Communication was poor from the beginning, and the way he speaks to customers is completely unacceptable. Instead of clearly explaining what was covered under warranty and what wasn’t, he immediately jumped to charging high labor costs without transparency. When I asked reasonable questions about the warranty and the $1,500 charge, he became defensive and avoided giving clear answers. Guy's work is shady and didn't fix our AC. Drags on the issue to milk more money from you.
Never again. Slow..had an excuse for everything. Dragged on projects. Had different workers show up or everything. They had to figure what or where the other left off. Poor workmanship. Promises made, never kept. Made advance payments so he could pay workers so they could show up. Talked to his workers they waited weeks to be paid. They had to paid in advance to show up to work for this guy. Never ever again. Obviously I would never recommend this guy. Had to leave a one star or it would let me post on yelp.
