This was a terribly disorganized place! We signed up for a time, got bumped multiple times and ended up waiting an extra hour. The front desk workers didn't know what was going on or who was supposed to go at what time. They sent us in but then sent us out to wait longer. Definitely would not return!

Skip this place it’s terrrible. Including the management. If someone changes their mind because they don’t have the correct footwear to be comfortable playing paintball. YOU SHOULD ALLOW THEM TO EXCHANGE FOR SOMETHING ELSE. how can you refuse this. It was 7 minutes later. I could marginally understand no refunds, maybe. But with sealed bags of unused paintballs. Why wouldn’t you let someone switch to something else. Save your time and and money this place does not deserve your business.

Had the worst experience ever booked a slot for the Tuesday 22nd August 2023 at 8:45pm and we arrived on time and let us wait until 9:25pm only to tell that the employee can not handle the situation anymore because she is alone and she wants to go home and they want us to contact by email for refund! I told them to book a slot for next morning because my nephews are leaving the town next day she agreed but there was no sorry or anything it literally felt like they did a favour for us! Pire service, nous avons réservé pour 10 personnes et j’ai fait un dépôt. Personne nous a dit d’arriver 30 minutes d’avance, nous sommes arrivés à l’heure et ils avaient cancellé notre réservation. 10 personnes venu de Terrebonne et Montréal, nous avons dû quitter parce qu’ils avaient pris 3 autres clients. Ils n’ont pas offert de remboursement. Les employés à la caisse n’avaient aucune empathie face à notre situation et disaient qu’ils n’avaient pas le temps de nous appeler pour nous dire qu’on était “en retard”. Dernière f... read more

X-cape game Le service client était malheureusement désagréable. De plus, malheureusement, le jeu n’était pas fun. Une expérience décevante dans son ensemble ; le prix, ça n’en vaut pas la peine. La raison pour laquelle le jeu n’était pas amusant, c’est qu’il n’y avait pas de ligne directrice claire de ce qu’on cherchait. On ne savait pas ce qu’on cherchait à résoudre exactement comme mystère. Je ne recommande pas. Mais je leur souhaite bonne continuation.
