Today I was in town and went to this gym as a day guest to test my one rep max lifts for a competition nearby. The equipment was more then enough to do what I needed. Kate was wonderful to me, very helpful and kind, and she invited me to compete in their gym lifting competition they had going on. Im very happy with my workout, with the gym, and with the kindness of the staff. Thank you so much
Great location under new management and the owner is working hard to satisfy the needs for all members .
The owner lost his mind and control the first time I went, he was screaming, cursing and used a slur that I can’t repeat. He’s crazy.
Clean gym, has all of the equipment that i need. Very happy with it!
