I would highly recommend this company to others. Very professional and courteous staff.
I would give the location in St. Augustine less than one star if possible but am required to do so in order to write the review. This agency requires payment in advance. Once payment was received, we experienced three no shows, no calls in a week and as a result no care for my bed bound mother. Any calls placed to the agency were not returned in a timely manner and we have been told a refund will not be given.
