Unfortunately we had a bad experience with Cherice and her employee, which I am pretty sure that she does not do actual face to face interviews with her employees due to what transpired and was unaware that who she sent did not speak English, which was a huge factor, since by father was unable to communicate with the caregiver. We had to have someone come in because my father was having surgery and was unable to lift or strain after surgery. Cherice was absolutely no help and was extremely displeased with the service we received . Highly rude, didn’t do a job. Should be blacklisted from providing healthcare.
Completely unacceptable experience, As my grandfather was having surgery he had someone come watch my grandma with dementia. A lady that does not speak english handed my grandfather her phone once he got back from his surgery because she did not speak english. My Grandfather has left multiple notes on how to take care of my grandmother but failed to do so because of the language barrier.
