I have never once given a one star review I usually give people/companys the benefit of the doubt this company is a complete scam they will quote you a price you will pay for it and then they will adjust their price + $200 absolute trash company according to the other reviews they do this all the time! (Done by the bank lenders, I got my own personal appraisal for $300 less) they charged me $800 to do an appraisal on 1,200 square feet👎
The absolute worst. The appraiser, Kent Hollingsworth, came out to appraise the home for a refinance. We had done a complete remodel (moved walls, new kitchen, bathrooms, etc) in the one year since we had bought the home. The appraiser refused to look at before pictures since he “had done the initial appraisal” the previous year when we purchased. They took 4 weeks to get me back my appraisal I am located in Florida the appraiser that came out was disabled and couldn't walk up the stairs quite literally he gave me his business card and then when I tried calling him his number was out of service and he became a complete ghost the appraisal report itself you can tell was done very quickly and without any attention to detail
