Worst appraisal company! Don’t imagine the stressed and the delayed they had caused me in my transaction. Applying rules that not even the program I’m using to buy my unit applies. They just complicate the whole process. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Beside the appraiser was unprofessional at the moment of the appraisal.
Their direct customer service is pretty good but their pool of appraisers are basically extortionist. They always want more money for the order and the turn times are still unacceptable at those prices. 8 biz days after requesting an additional $200 is not gonna work.
Do not use this company. You have been warned. All the reviews are correct. ANYTHING MORE THAN A 1 STAR REVIEW IS FAKE!!!!!!! LOOK AT THEM
