Responsive, timely, good work
Act One Marble and Tile refinished my Kitchen and Bathroom floors and did a fantastic job! Clay is a true craftsman that takes incredible pride in his work. He was on-time, on budget, and extremely professional. I highly recommend his service without hesitation.
The guys showed up on-time and ready to go. In only a day they took care of regrouting a large shower stall, a laundry room floor section and a kitchen backsplash section. Both pleasant, professional and full of useful information to help extend the life of the grout. I highly recommend and would use again in a heart beat. Everything looks like new again!
Act One cleaned and replaced the gross grout in my 20 year old shower. No chemicals I had thrown at it made a difference It literally looks like a new shower now. He added sealing the grount to the job when I asked, coming back a second day when that had not been planned. Mr. Carson responded to all communication, was prompt and cleaned up perfectly. I would not hesitate to recommend him and would certainly hire him again.
I just got off the phone with Clay- originally, I thought I had an issue with hard water stains on my shower floor, but after a thorough set of questions turns out it is likely efflorescence. Clay did an excellent job with explaining the issue, causes, and potential solutions. He was completely honest with his advice and actually referred me to a different company who may be able to provide a longer-term solution that is more cost-effective.
