I reached out to Act One after noticing that there were gaps in the tiles in my shower that was installed around 25-30 years ago. I was concerned about water getting in and causing more serious issues. I also noticed the grout failing in other areas of the bathroom. After reaching out, I sent Clay some images of the bathroom and shower and he sent over an estimate. We agreed on a time and John and Clay arrived to work on the bathroom.
