I’m in the process of finding a new OBGYN! Dr. Feldman is the only good Doctor there! Jessica has no compassion and lacks engagement skills! Barely can get an appt!! Equipment broke!!!
The Dr is very nice but the office staff here has repeatedly been so rude and unprofessional I will never return. They never answer the phone, it takes days for me to get in contact with anyone and they don’t return your call. When I finally got in contact with someone named Kelly, she REFUSED to help me refill my birth control knowing I was already late taking it because it took them 4 days to answer.
