Very willing to help You can find just about anything you need for the healthy minded. Good selection. Fair pricing. Very senterally located between Kingsland and St Marys, making it very easy to find. Plenty of parking. Not to busy, but that's not a bad thing, you get more personal business.
All your healthy foods in one place Found all of my diet foods and vitamins here when trying to lose weight. Pretty good selection and variety. I was always given proper attention when looking for something in particular, and always helped! I appreciate the care that goes into each customer here. The foods were always fresh and wonderful (for diet foods), and I stock up when I'm in town!
