I bought a used Corolla at ACT Motor Traders about a month ago, and I had a really positive experience. The car was a great price, Wayne answered all my questions, and was very flexible with allowing me time to get it properly examined etc. It's hard to know who to trust when buying second-hand, but the car has been fabulous. Wayne and Terry didn't put me under any pressure, and even continued to help with answering more questions after the sale had been completed.
I came as a resident to Australia and went to this dealer to purchase my first car $7500 and then the salesperson was very rude and helpless. They sold me a bad car without any care or risk because the car has an engine problem. This is for anyone who wants good customer service Stay away from these people. Highly recommend do not come here, please. Update: I still have paperwork for that rubbish vehicle you sold to me don't be a liar

I don't usually leave a comment to make an enemy but hey buyers beware. I had the same experience as others have mentioned. After seeing an ad online, I visited the dealership and even spoke to an old man. When I arrived to inspect the vehicle, he told me it was already gone, so I left. However, the next day, I noticed the same ad was still up. I find this dealership the worst I've come across tried to sell me a car that has done heaps of kms on it and asked me how much money I'm getting and trying to get me on a finance contract with them and I said no so he said I only got this car in your price and why sell a car to a mother who does a lot of driving that has done a lot of kms on the clock pretty poorly severe from them never recommend them to anyone
