This place is a joke I got started on suboxon with no previous opiate use they put me on suboxon so I could get income support they basically got me addicted to opiates Phuckk this clinic
The front staff is forever changing. I wasnt notified that my doctor was no longer with the clinic. I've had number of times where my prescription wasn't faxed in and my pharmacy had to call to get them to fax it and in some cases they've had to call multiple times in a day. So in my opinion it's as if the staff have ZERO understanding of what it's like for us patients to have to go all day without our medication.
This clinic does not care about you as an individual. You are a number meant to bring in profit. I was never offered any mental support, the appointment times were 30-1.5 hours late every time. They don't follow through on important action items and then try to place the blame on you or are highly unapologetic.
