I had my sleep test done here, was diagnosed with sleep apnoea which answered a lot of questions about my experiences in the past, Dr Ting is simply amazing - very knowledgeable and professional, incredibly approachable and easy to talk to, provided detailed explanation of my condition. Dr Ting put me on CPAP which significantly improved my energy during day, wake up feeling well-rested is a life changer! Many thanks to Dr Ting and the helpful staff at ACT Lung and Sleep clinic.

Had a good Experience at ACT Lung and sleep. Dr Ting was professional and helped me get a sleep study done with great results. Friendly and helpful reception/specialist staff too.

Come here for sausage factory-style treatment. While the intake process was smooth and efficient, Dr Ting made a premature, effectively baseless diagnosis and was not forthcoming in explaining the sleep study process or associated sleep conditions/disorders and treatments. Not sure why I had to spend $340 on top of a dentist's recommendation and doctor's referral just for him to green light a sleep study, the outcome of which seemed (to him) like a foregone conclusion. Will seek individualised treatment elsewhere.

Utter waste of time and money. Just to tell me what I already knew and to sell you CPAP machines. Did not help me at all. Not even a follow up sleep study to confirm that I really did have sleep apnea. He also said in 2-10 years I might have to get a cpap machine and the condition will get worse.

He missed two appointments under unavoidable and severe circumstances—once due to cardiac failure requiring ICU admission and once due to sepsis following multiple surgeries, including heart surgery and gallbladder complications. Despite these medical emergencies being entirely beyond our control, the practice informed us that he could not reschedule or book another appointment. This decision demonstrates a concern... read more
