Kaiser referred me to this group. I was told to go to their website to read about their therapists which may or may not be still working for the company. I see no therapists listed on the website with credentials or specialty. It was a less than great first impression...
I loved my therapist and never have a problem with the staff. I did teletherapy and it worked perfectly for me.
Great Place
This place is absolutely horrendous. My therapist is great, but the rest of the staff is horrible. They're rude, in person and on the phone, they don't book your appointment on the right day so it will be for a day you're busy and obviously won't be able to make the appointment. When they were charging for missed appointments, they basically took all the money I had because I'm on a fixed income. They just blamed it on me over the phone.
