Worst customer service you will ever find
Poor customer service during crisis times in NC!! When it was time to step up they failed.
After months & months of them having my machine to "fix", the equipment was returned only to NOT be fixed. It ran for a few hours, but with a definite catch in the turn. It also came back with AC not working. Unfortunately, there are not many businesses around to do these types of repairs on construction equipment, which is why this company takes advantage of the situation. They are also very rude with terrible customer service. Zero stars if I could. Out a whole lot of money & also time and still do not have a working machi... read more
