ACT has been our go to contractor to build our Jimmy John's. This was our 5th time partnering with them and each time has been an absolute pleasure. Ron Lange has been our GC for each of them and he does a fantastic job. I always specifically ask to have Ron on the job because he make my life so much easier through the process. They always hit their timelines and provide very competitive pricing. I highly recommend ACT for any project!
I want to recommend ACT Construction. From start to finish, they were absolutely amazing to work with. Please beware the don't pay for services
We've used ACT to build most of our Jimmy John's and also LJSs and KFCs. They've consistently done very good, at a good price, with reasonable change orders, and very good input and ideas. On our last project, a new Jimmy John's in Sevierville, TN, the Construction Supervisor Ron, did a great job managing a challenging situation, and gave great advice on how to improve the visibility of our unit.
