Been going here for years, mostly positive experiences but the hours are still on old Covid hours, only open 2 and a half days a week, I came in at 2:15 and they were closed for the day the clinic amd pharmacy, but supposed to be open until 3pm. Had to call Hamilton and they helped me out big time thankfully.

Should give you the option of whether you want the generic or brand name methadone verses methadose that is far less supporter like all generics. They only provide you with the latter. Other let you choose it cost more but like anything quality is allways better and more$$

Staff has been incredibly understanding and kind through the whole experience. It is a methadone clinic for clarification. Dr Sung is extremely compassionate and knoedgeable about the causes of and the best way to treat opiate addiction. There is also a Dr available seven days a week for new patients. It's by far the best place in town, the only clinic for where you feel like an actual patient and not just another few dollars for the bottom line.
