Not a good experience this year. Didn't get a tax organizer like I usually get from them every year. I called and was told I didn't need it and just bring in 2025 tax forms. I dropped off all my 2025 tax forms on April 7th 2026. They weren't ready until June 4th 2026 2 MONTHS later. Zero communication and cost $465.00. I'm not sure what went on this year but I suspect they really don't want to deal with small tax prep ???
Wow amazing service! I was in a mess and called Blayne because a lot of people in Fallbrook were saying how great she was on Nextdoor app. And they were not kidding! She really saved me and my business. She took care of everything so quickly. She’s incredibly professional and has been so reliable. Not to mention, smart and knows her stuff. Great bunch of gals. They are very experienced and love what they do. Very Reasonable. They have been doing our taxes for years. To me anyway, the best part is they have three big adopted bark barks. I love critters. I highly recommend using ACT Business for your tax needs. Five stars for sure. Thank you Ladies.
