Best repair shop in the Greater Sacramento & surrounding areas. Carlos' A.C.T. Auto has been my only repair shop in over 10 years. All my cars quickly repaired at super reasonable prices. A-1 even still today!
I always come here and ONLY here when it comes to my car. They are always kind when I come in and very helpful even if you have a quick question when you stop by. I never worry about waiting too long for any service that needs to be done on the car. Even if they can’t help you with something specific they won’t leave you hanging they’ll recommend neighboring services you could go to.
Ricky and Carlos are great to work with, I recently had my tie rods replaced here, they liaised for me with my extended warranty company and made that process a breeze, they diagnosed and replaced my parts pretty quick and left my truck as clean as when I dropped it off, will be bringing all my vehicles here for service and highly recommend the team at ACT, thanks, guys!
After being quoted close to $700 at the dealership for things I felt sounded unnecessary, I decided to take my car to ACT. I’m very grateful that I did. Emmanuel was able to explain what was actually necessary and the difference in cost was huge. In a world where you second guess if you’re getting a proper quote or getting a fast one pulled on you because you’re not as knowledgeable in the field (or even for just being a woman), it’s great to know places like this exist. Definitely recommend.
They fixed my Volkswagen Beetle! Everyone there is always honest and clear on what they do. Also they never try to over charge me. I go here every time my car ever has a problem or when I need my regular services.
