James and fellow employees are very helpful and kind. Relaxed atmosphere and comfy waiting room with the company of two wonderful dogs. Everyone is well informed about products, installation and explain answers to any questions thoroughly and calmly, I never feel rushed...a rare quality these days. So glad I stopped in, love my over due upgrades. I highly recommend Act Audio!
While I have not gotten work done on my own car from this establishment, a friend of mine has when having emergency issues with breathalyzer equipment. I have witnessed nothing but patience, understanding and speedy work coming out of this shop. 10/10 would recommend.

Great shop, these guys really know their stuff! Stereo upgrade and sub for my Camaro and even contacted me years later for a software update and helped troubleshoot some connectivity issues. Excellent service and highly recommend!
