I contacted ACT to install my dual-channel dash cam in my VW Arteon because every time I install them I always break a trim piece or something in my cars. Quick, easy, and reliable communication the entire time, quick service, and I was very impressed with the install - especially the rear camera. Totally seamless, practically no visible cords. The front camera mounted on the windshield is a little crooked (which drives me insane) but I can probably pull it down and put it back up straight. Will gladly go back for any future... read more

Great service, I came in to get a screen carplay radio for my 04 Tacoma. They walked me through all the options available and I never felt like I was being upsold on anything. They help find the best fit for me and I in turn was very happy and trusting to give them my business. Day of appointment, the install took exactly how long they said it would and they gave me a walk through of the device on my way out. Highly recommend, very kind and skilled shop.
James and fellow employees are very helpful and kind. Relaxed atmosphere and comfy waiting room with the company of two wonderful dogs. Everyone is well informed about products, installation and explain answers to any questions thoroughly and calmly, I never feel rushed...a rare quality these days. So glad I stopped in, love my over due upgrades. I highly recommend Act Audio!
While I have not gotten work done on my own car from this establishment, a friend of mine has when having emergency issues with breathalyzer equipment. I have witnessed nothing but patience, understanding and speedy work coming out of this shop. 10/10 would recommend.
