Absolutely disgusting service. Ask for help. You get turned away. Get told your a risk But nobody wants to help. The supervisors are amazing staff. But the managers are awful. Ive asked for evidence on how well im doing. And been told no can do.

I don’t come from this area and l believe it was faith that brought me to this place, l walked into the car park not knowing where I was or who l was speaking to and out of no where l was greeted by this beautiful lady by the name of Vennesa? Very poor service on the phone side of things, it's actually nonexistent. And now it's moved from the fulcrum to live well east, just a pity the standards of the fulcrum did not follow also.

There needs to be some sort of system put in place for contacting the section that was foundations, I was number three for exactly an hour and ten minutes, I was at work, luckily they were understanding but this service is about helping people recover and be self sufficient in life and work is the goal to that and being on a phone trying to contact our counsellor in WORK is going to threaten everything we have worked for!
