This company is helping defraud our neighborhood of maintenance rights. CHECK YOUR LAND COVENENTS. Our bylaws contain notary fraud and corporate fraud by way of missing notary stamp, seal, and corporate seal. Charles and Natalie of ACS west used to own in my complex. They have a due diligence to the homeowners here. I have land documents of at least 10 other neighborhoods that also are managed by these people and look to also have notary fraud on those papers as well. Our board is run at a deficit. ACS WEST NEEDS TO GO OUT OF BUISNESS!!!!!! CHRIS SMALLS DON'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT HOME OWNERS AND THE RIGHTS WE HAVE!!!!!!!
I recently went into this office in Richmond. The second Abigail M opened the door she was rude and condescending. I am an Asian American and she treated me like I was less than. She told me I came up prepared even though I called brought in two checks and was their to set up direct deposit. Horrible rude person with zero customer service skills.
In my experience with ACS, they are excellent and proficient at doing their job. Communication, responsiveness, providing unsurpassed support and representation to Board Members. However, if you are a homeowner in good standing with Board Member concerns, ACS performance, professionalism, responsiveness and integrity disappears. ACS west inc are rude at best, they won't use your name correctly even after being corrected! They refused to give information about when we would have water, it had been off for five hour and was no more than a thirty minute repair! They either won't say or didn't know and isn't that their job, to know and report when asked? There hasn't been any improvement since they took over, if anything we are getting less for our dollar!
