Ian and his crew received a call from me on a Friday and he had his crew onsite by Monday. The crew went above and beyond to locate all of the Private Utilities on my jobsite in the City of Newburg in a historic district and were able to help us avoid possible issues and repairs. They respond Immediately and get the job done. They emailed me a detailed report with photos before the end of the day, the same day they performed the mark outs! I needed some quick GPR services for a development property in CT. Ian, Kathleen and their team could not have been more responsive or accommodating!! Their site technician was extremely knowledgeable and worked to efficiently perform the survey and issue the report. ACS did a great job locating an underground steam leak for a project we are working on. Locating this leak was not easy because it was on a college campus in the heart of a busy city. Ian from ACS did a phenomenal job tracing and locating the leak. He narrowed the leak down to a 6'-0" x 12'-0" area. We dug in that location and the leak was found in the dead center of where he told us to dig. ACS saved us a ton of time and money by locating the leak so we weren't digging blindly. Thank You!
