These guys saved the day! I was on a team putting together a conference at a hotel in Tampa, and the last piece of the puzzle was the A/V. One month before the conference, and we were blindsided by how much the preferred hotel A/V contractors charge for their services for 2 days. I thought we were doomed, but some friends sent me to ACS. I was able to rent the equipment for an entire week at a fraction of the other quote.
