Great rental warehouse for all aspects of entertainment production. If you are in Production you need to have them on speed dial.
Terrible 1st experience. I called to rent a stage step. They didn’t send an email like they was supposed. They knew it was my 1st time renting from them. I took my lunch to go pick up the rental only to find out I needed a credit card on file which wouldn’t have been a problem had I known. Now I’m out of a step for my stage and waisted my time and gas. They dropped the ball and now I don’t have what I need. They weren’t even interested in correcting what they messed up on. The worst customer service and all I would not recommend any one renting from them especially if you are a new renter. Well you didn’t state the policy over the phone or anything, so you business is lacking in that area. I stay over an hour from you guys and couldn’t make it so I had to send someone else. If you just clearly send the email like you promise or state the policy you would have been good. Like I said horrible business!!!!
