Great rental warehouse for all aspects of entertainment production. If you are in Production you need to have them on speed dial.
Terrible 1st experience. I called to rent a stage step. They didn’t send an email like they was supposed. They knew it was my 1st time renting from them. I took my lunch to go pick up the rental only to find out I needed a credit card on file which wouldn’t have been a problem had I known. Now I’m out of a step for my stage and waisted my time and gas. They dropped the ball and now I don’t have what I need. They weren’t even interested in correcting what they messed up on.
