I rarely write reviews for companies. But i felt compelled to for this one. They show up immediately after you call and go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. Instead of just replacing a part, and over charging, they suggest cheaper ways to fix the issues. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs copier repair or replacement.
