Don't even think about hiring this guy. He's erratic, unreliable and he'll ghost you and take your money. I gave him a deposit for a job and he said he would start on Monday. He didn't show. I got in touch with him and he apologized profusely, saying he'd gotten backed up with other jobs and that he'd show up on Tuesday. He didn't show again.
