Had a small issue with a prop on new motor. Service manager was friendly, knowledgeable and resolved my problem. This is now my go to place for anything boat related.
Good folks at A.C.S. Marine. Clean rigging job on the new boat. Whole process was smooth. Glad I drove over 7 hours to do business with them.
Can I give ZERO stars? I have to say that the man that answered my calls was a blessing to talk to every time I called . The owner was even nice, but nice doesn't fix my boat. I took there to get serviced and cleaned. Will never go back again !!!!!
Work is never done in a timely manner! Ordered the wrong motor for my boat, then took weeks to order the correct one! Mounted motor INCORRECTLY and messed up steering, not to mention leaving my boat out in all weather for over three months due to ordering a pontoon motor for a BASS BOAT! Not to mention HORRIBLE customer service, you’d think they’d be kind when you’re paying them over 20 THOUSAND DOLLARS!!!
