We had two estimates done for the replacement of the motor on our outdoor unit. ACS was the lower estimate. Trey arrived on time, assessed the situation and gave us the estimate. We decided to go ahead with the repair since he had the necessary parts in his truck. He completed the job quickly and explained everything he did. Replaced the blower motor on my AC, cost me $1000. It ended up costing me a new unit as I was told by another HVAC company that they used the wrong motor and it is what lead to the failure. I called ACS before I called the "other company" ACS wanted to charge me a service call, to look at it, plus said that it was impossible what happened. I'll never use or recommend them ever.
Furnace failed on New Year's day. ACS saved the day. Arrived quickly and solved the problem.
Very knowledgeable and respectful. This will be the only company I call from here on out. Also priced way less than other companies I called.
