I had an very unfortunate experience with ACS formals. The owners had posted a wedding dress on Poshmark and Preownedweddingdresses/Nearly Newlywed. I purchased it off of Poshmark and the owners confirmed the purchase. They checked in a few days later to let me know that they were out of town but would ship the dress upon their return the following week. I reached out to this business 2-3 times on Facebook, always recieved an reply back and then they just stopped replying to me altogether when trying to figure out an appointment.

Went to ACS Formals for their fall 50% off sale and ended up having a great experience and buying my wedding dress. I was having a hard time finding a wedding dress at other places because I'm not a huge fan of the newer styles, but ACS formals had many different styles including older styles of dresses which I loved. Amanda was so welcoming and truly wanted me to find the right dress for me rather than just trying to sell me their dresses. Great team great service they welcome you with a big smile on their face I remember Amanda she was really nice helpful with a big smile on her face same thing for her co worker i didn’t got his name but he actually helped me find the shirt that I need and that fit me correctly thank you so much for that I will definitely be back sometime

Amanda was so helpful and made us feel very welcome and relaxed. My son came out with a perfect suit for prom and we had a lot of fun choosing.
