Bought a 1200 mm basin in February. Explained at same time unsure when would put in. Picked up from depot - box and receipt both said 1200mm. Come time to install this month. Opened box to find the basin was 900. Had plumber on site so had to install. Sent photos to “Michael “ ??Richmond director who onsent to Shipping. Long story short they blamed the packers of the basin for placing a 900 in a 1200 box, and us for not looking inside the box in February!!! Realy easy to work with and great products
Incompetent from the ground up. Most of their products are cheap Chinese made. They like to pretend it’s European it’s not. Really just a tacky reseller of superior manufacturers you can buy from either directly or from better retailers. As for the smart bidets like TOTO. Many suppliers can also supply with better prices, expertise and more options that comply to the plumbing regulations. These people are rude, incompetent and arrogant.
