Realy easy to work with and great products
Incompetent from the ground up. Most of their products are cheap Chinese made. They like to pretend it’s European it’s not. Really just a tacky reseller of superior manufacturers you can buy from either directly or from better retailers. As for the smart bidets like TOTO. Many suppliers can also supply with better prices, expertise and more options that comply to the plumbing regulations. These people are rude, incompetent and arrogant.
Went in to buy a Toto and was provided templates to check fit with my bowl. I sent photos back with the templates on my bowl and was advised to buy the wrong sized seat. I asked the salesperson since I was unsure and was assured that the size she was recommending would be the right one. Product arrived and had fitting issues from the start. Plumber advised I call ACS for advice. Called but original salesperson was away so another person attended the call.
