My only regret was never giving my former manager the finger before getting laid off. It's basically a pyramid scheme for the management to get fat checks and do nothing while the employees work for dirt. In the end, you're just a cheap expendable source of labor. I worked there for 4 1/2 years, time that I realize I'll never get back now.
Interesting the review I wrote a year or two ago is not here any longer. I was also terminated for handle time. I was two minutes over the required average. I resolved 99.5% of the reasons the calls were coming in for and was told by customers I helped they were really grateful they got someone that was intelligent enough to finally help them and seemed to care about their patronage. I could have kept my handle time down by blind transferring the calls or "dropping" them as others did, but chose to take care of the customers... read more
