I just wanted to give props to the team at ACRV. We have a one year old fifth wheel that had a slide that decided to not function while packing up to go home. Eddie was onsite very quickly to assess the issue. Very professional, courteous, and understanding of my situation. He was able to get the slide back in so that I was able to get the camper back home and to the dealer for warranty repairs. Our trip home was only delayed a few hours vs days. ACRV service is the best. We were in Port A 1 day of our month stay and A C quit. Called in and talked to Peter in the morning. He was very nice and professional. He sent Hunter and Rob that afternoon. These guys were great. Explained what was happening installed A new unit at a very fair price. Works great. Thank You ACRV
Had a technician come out and before he even stepped foot in my rv told me I needed a new unit. Then proceeded to play with the amp tester and tell me it was low voltage but when it wasn’t being messed with it was giving one amp reading and not jumping all over the place then proceeded to convince me to buy a whole new unit which I kindly declined the offer.
