ACRV was our savior on our recent trip to Port Aransas. When we arrived, our RV refrigerator was not working. They are busy but still made it out to our site within a couple of days as scheduled. We feared the worst but they were able to fix the problem for much less than replacing the entire unit. In addition, they had a shower part in stock at their showroom so we were able to have cold food and hot showers for the remaining part of our trip. Peter in service was helpful and easy to work with on a recent claim. He communicated clearly, got everything handled quickly, and made sure the process stayed on track. Really appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail.
Great place for parts , I was able to get the toilet valve i needed while on vacation.
We came in last night for a week's stay at gulf waters. When we turned our AC on last night it did not work. This morning I called at 9am as soon as yall opened and you guys had us up and running by 1230. I cant thank yall enough for getting us squared away so quickly. And both guys that came out were really nice and easy to talk to. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would definitely do so.
Excellent. Jeff and Eddie are spot on. Thorough, professional, and we are always greeted with smiles. We love em!!
