got a quote from Cordes for a basement remodel and they were pretty responsive from the start. the person who came out took measurements and actually listened to what we wanted instead of just pushing ideas. once work started the crew showed up on time most days which i appreciate. they framed everything out, ran new electrical, put up drywall and painted. it looks like a real living space now not just a basement. communication was solid throughout, they texted updates when stuff was happening. happy with how it all came tog... read more
I had a scheduled walk through estimate after taking time off of work, no call, no show after waiting over an hour. This is NOT a company I want to be involved with! If I wish i could give zero!
had our basement finished and it looks legit. went from bare concrete and exposed pipes to a real living space with proper flooring and recessed lights. the drywall work is smooth, no weird seams or patches that i can see. they also framed out a small storage closet under the stairs which is super useful. the whole space feels warm now instead of like a dungeon. pretty solid result for what we paid, basement actually gets used now
Cordes did our kitchen remodel and I was pleasantly surprised by how organized everything was. The planning part took a couple meetings where we went over layout options, and they had some good suggestions about moving the sink closer to the stove that we hadn't thought of. During the actual work, their crew showed up around the same time each morning which made it easier to plan around. Basement remodel turned out insane! There’s a main room now that’s big enough for our sectional and a 75 inch TV, then a separate room we use as a home office. The flooring is this vinyl plank stuff that looks like wood but can handle moisture which makes sense for a basement. They added a half bath down there too with a toilet and sink and some cool dark tile. The lighting setup is all recessed and there’s enough of them that it’s bright without feeling like a warehouse.
