Working with Crystal was awesome. She is super fun, a master of her art and a fantastic teacher. I couldn't recommend enough. I wanted to introduce acro to my partner and he walked away stoked and wanting more.

Crystal was absolutely incredible! My husband and I had never done anything like this before but it seemed like something fun and wanted to give it a try. Crystal was really good at breaking down each step and making it easy for us to understand. At the end of our session, we walked away with a new level of strength, confidence, and tools to continue to work on our own.

Crystal is an amazing teacher and made me feel comfortable right away. I have practiced yoga and jiu jitsu for years and wanted to expand my practice into a new area. Since my first class with her, I have always learned something new, sparking my curiosity and helping me build real skills like balance and strengthening that has really helped my jiu jitsu. My partner and I decided to do Acro yoga as a date idea and ended up falling in LOVE with it! Crystal is an excellent teacher with pristine communication! Her instructions are on point being crystal clear. I have been teaching Jiu Jitsu for many years and rarely come across an instructor with communication as clear and concise as Crystal's. It was an absolute pleasure to learn/continue to learn from her! 10/10 recommend. Go get your Acro on!
