We completed our granny flat in 2023 and overall we’re very happy with the result. The build quality of the property is excellent, and everything came together nicely. What really stood out was the team’s quick and responsive service when we submitted a warranty request, they handled it efficiently and without hassle. The only downside was that the retaining wall around the property wasn’t built exactly as originally designed, and the final cost ended up a bit over budget. We found the ACROW process to be very professional. The weekly updates were an important part for keeping on track with progress. The construction team produced a quality build which has also been expressed by our real estate agents during inspection. We would not hesitate to use ACROW again if a future project requires their expertise
