Our strata hired Across Town Plumbing and I couldn’t have been more delighted. Tim came out within the week my initial email to strata. He was very polite and clearly knew what he was doing as it took him virtually no time to replace two hose bibs. Thanks Across Town Plumbing!

Across Town Plumbing was fantastic to work with. They called me on Tuesday and were able to schedule a visit the very next day—super quick and flexible with timing. The staff (kudos to Rylan!) who came by was friendly, professional, and respectful of the space. They diagnosed and cleared a major drain blockage affecting both the master bedroom and bathroom in under 30 minutes, which is impressive given how old and complex the building’s plumbing is. Re: Fully renovated downtown Vancouver condo brought down to the studs Shawn, Tim, annd Csila from Across Town Plumbing worked with us on our complicated job. They came when we needed them (multiple stage project) and achieved what we wanted. They got permits and passed inspections. They added shut-off valves at the main risers so that the water could be easily shut down in case of emergency or repair. They also plumbed up 2 bathrooms, laundry & kitchen. Thanks. You guys helped make the job go smoothly.
