We contacted the main Aquascape website about a possible pond consultation from one of their contractors and Across the Pond contacted us. Unfortunately they are too far out from where we live, but they were willing to answer any questions we had. They were very knowledgeable and gave us some wonderful ideas. It was so nice to deal with a business willing to help, even though they didn't have to. Bravo and thank you!
Chris and Diane have been so helpful! We are new to the pond world and they have walked us through every step. We called them after moving in to a home and it turns out Across the Pond installed the natural bog filter 20 years ago!! We were able to bring the pond back to life with their help and knowledge. We use their company in a regular basis for products, plants and service. We will continue to use ATP for any and all pond related service and products!!
