Diane has kept our pond looking great since we contracted her to restore it in 2019. It’s a captive 750 gallon pond that can have trouble with temperature control and hence algae. The work she did and the recommendations she has provided for care have kept it looking great ever since. Diane started a repair last year that needed to be completed this year during spring clean-up. After talking to me twice in March about a late start in her schedule, I now can't get her to return any calls. I've left numerous messages with no response for over 2 months. Would have been nice if she told me last year that the job & clean-up would never be completed.
We we’re delighted with every aspect of this pond. The fish are so happy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Across The Pond.
