I’ve used Across the Ocean Shipping on many occasions for both large shipments in containers for my garden care business & smaller personal items. Amazing service from start to finish & very good communication throughout the process. I recommend these guys to anyone that needs freight forwarding services is confused by all of the customs regulations!

This company is fantastic I would definitely recommend them. Leuan and the team made the process of international shipping to Australia seem effortless. Every thing was organised evan the truck courier to transport goods from the dock. Great communication all the way keeping in touch and udating me with the process .Accross the Ocean Shipping deserve 6 stars Thankyou

Not a good experience. Was quoted $700 for everything as to handle import to then be held ransom with a bill over $3000 including charges twice what other agents quoted. I was promised emails that they will look into the issue that never eventuated. Then I was told that customs and quarantine were holding up the shipment which was not the case. The agent was holding the release which then caused a further $1500 penalty from the warehouse. $4500 for a shipment that should have cost $1200 max.

Dave and his team have been a trustworthy and dependable freight forwarder I have used on a number of times for customs and freight management services. I wouldn't hesitate to use ATO again.
