He communicated eagerly and effectively during design, revisions, and kept us informed on how changes impacted budget. We could not have been more pleased with the master craftsmanship of Mark and his team at Across the Creek. Since we do not live in NC yet, we designed our kitchen renovation at a distance, which gave us some hesitation about the outcome. Mark communicated effectively via phone and email and we were able to design, select styles and colors will full confidence.
