I engaged Ross to replace a faulty rainwater tank pump and install a new water tap/ point for a spare washing machine. very happy with the work completed. Turned up on time as agreed and communicated well prior, during and after the completion. Great work. Highly recommend Across plumbing.
Our hot water system started leaking a lot yesterday morning and we knew we needed a new one fast. A few phone calls and quotes later we knew Ross was the guy for us. Professional, honest, up front and easy to deal with. He came this morning and our system is all ready to go and he even fixed up some messy looking pipes for us. He explained that the relief valve needs releasing every 6 months and what to watch out for when we need a new one. We had no idea about it! Highly recommend him to anyone. We're very grateful!
